The bike haven at the Sixth & Lenora project sounds pretty neat. Are there designs on that yet? I'm too lazy to look.

I'm also curious about "bike-oriented development" as a valid approach. Actually the U-District along the Burke-Gilman (north of University Village) has a lot of recent apartments and some retail that I suppose could be considered bike TOD. It's a pretty sweet commute to UW, and in a few years to light rail at Husky Stadium Station too.
