Really? Does it matter much if its a LEED certified building if its feeding a transportation mode that affects an area far beyond the limits of this building’s site? What does the gas station do to offset the environmental impact it has by extension through all the vehicles it fuels? What does the gas station do to lessen the effect of all the other infrastructure required to support automobile transportation?
